Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide of kisspeptin-54. The three names in circulation - KP-10, kisspeptin 112-121 and metastin 45-54 - all refer to the same molecule; they differ only in which precursor is being numbered. The rodent sequence is genuinely different and carries its own CAS, so species matters on this one.
